I've never tried Reiki before. What if I don't feel anything?
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation, while others notice the benefits over the next few days. There's no "wrong" way to experience it.
How do virtual sessions work?
Energy healing isn't limited by distance. We'll connect via Zoom or phone, and you'll create a quiet, comfortable space to relax while I facilitate the session.
What if I get emotional during the session?
That's completely normal. Energy work often brings gentle release. I'll hold space for you with compassion and guide you through it safely.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people notice shifts after one session, while others benefit from a series for deeper release. Packages are available to support your journey.
Is this religious or against my faith?
Not at all. Reiki and energy healing are spiritual, not religious. People of all faiths (or none) find peace and comfort through this work.
